ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems

 

Course Objectives

  1. To provide an in-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
  2. To equip participants with the skills to develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS).
  3. To foster the ability to conduct internal audits and identify non-conformities.
  4. To enhance participants' understanding of continual improvement within a QMS.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  1. Interpret the principles, clauses, and requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
  2. Develop and document a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  3. Conduct effective internal audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  4. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement within a QMS framework.
  5. Lead or support an organization in achieving ISO 9001 certification.
