  • Monitoring, measurement, analysis, and improvement

Module 3: Internal Audit Framework & ISO 19011:2018

  • Purpose and benefits of internal audits
  • Types of audits: first-party, second-party, third-party
  • Principles of auditing (integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, etc.)
  • Risk-based thinking in audits

Day 2 – Conducting an Internal Audit & Reporting Findings

Module 4: Internal Audit Process (ISO 19011:2018)

  • Conducting opening meetings
  • Evidence collection techniques (interviews, observations, documentation review)
